Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real business value? And do you enjoy transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support brands and markets? We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our Digital B2B team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our suite of Power BI performance reports. Our Power BI reports track and analyze sales, performance, behavioral, and tracking data from our B2B platform MORE as well as our Digital Showroom, enabling brands to identify gaps in order books, customer self-service challenges, and commercial opportunities.
YOUR TEAM
You will be part of the Digital B2B department within BESTSELLER TECH – a cross-functional organization including Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers. You will work closely with a Project Manager, a Student Worker and a Product Owner, collaborating with both tech colleagues and business stakeholders across brands and markets.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will own and continuously evolve our Power BI reporting landscape. You will combine technical data expertise with a strong understanding of business needs, ensuring that our insights and dashboards support decision-making across the organization.
In addition to managing our reporting landscape, you will support BESTSELLER’s brands and markets with training and onboarding to our reports, ensuring users get the most value from the insights available. You will also assist with creating campaign- or brand-specific reports when unique business needs arise.
- Building, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards, reports and data models
- Managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timeliness
- Working with SQL and other data tools to extract, transform, and combine data from multiple sources
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful analytical solutions
- Acting as a bridge between business and tech, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
YOUR PROFILE
You are analytical, structured, and motivated by the intersection of data, business, and technology. You thrive when turning raw data into actionable insights, and you enjoy collaborating with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
- A relevant academic background (e.g., IT, engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, economics or similar)
- Preferably a few years of proven experience with Power BI (including DAX and data modeling), as well as skills in SQL and experience working with large datasets from multiple sources
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards
- Familiarity with data integration tools, APIs, or ETL processes is an advantage
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English – any Danish skills are considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
