Join the fight against food waste as a volunteer in Skælskør

Are you ready to save food and make a difference for people in Skælskør?
Then you are the one we are looking for at Stop Spild Lokalt Skælskør!

We need more volunteers for both food pickup and distribution in our Food Oasis - and you can join us, whether you prefer pedaling, luggage storage or delivering with a smile.

About the roles:

Pick up:
You pick up surplus food in the local area – typically from supermarkets and other partners. You use your own car, cargo bike, shopping cart or whatever you have on hand. Of course, we will help with routes and instructions.

🍎 Gives out:
You help sort and distribute the food in our Food Oasis in Skælskør. You welcome users, ensure an overview of the products and help ensure that everyone has a good experience – both those with empty bags and those with heavy hearts.

It doesn't require much - but it makes a huge difference:

• You have 3–5 hours per week
• You can grab, but also smile (and drink coffee)
• You want to be part of a warm and meaningful community
• You can come by car, bicycle or on foot – unfortunately we don't have a van in Skælskør (yet!)
