Project Manager

How will you make an impact

As a Project Manager in PTD (Production, Technology & Development) you will be reporting to the Associate PTD Director, you will be working with the planning and execution of projects working cross functional together with all departments at Danmark Protein. The main project type will be within improvement and development by executing activities from the Danmark Protein business plan. You will have contact to all parts of AFI as well as external stakeholders. You will achieve success as you secure the implementation of improvement projects according to the agreed specifications, i.e. cost, time and quality.

Key responsibilities in this job will be:

• Execute end-to-end project management within larger Danmark Protein projects
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives within production and technology development
• Applying the Stage-Gate model as an active toolbox for planning, risks, decisions and progress.
• Process and product lead in CAPEX projects

While the role is primarily based at Danmark Protein, you should expect to work at other locations when required (e.g., Viby) to build relationships and keep projects moving.

What will make you successful

A successful candidate for this position will have acquired project management skills from a project management education or certification. You either have documented experience in handling end-to-end projects or having participated actively in projects. Having previous experience with the Stage-Gate model or other project management tools, will be seen as an advantage. Ideally you have worked in an production environment with international scope, while engineering or scientific knowledge on dairy/food/chemistry or biotechnology, will also be seen as an advantage.
