Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Conduct application testing in pilot facilities to support product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to execute trials and deliver tailored solutions.
• Evaluate new ingredients to support innovative product launches.
• Design and implement bar concepts aligned with commercial strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Share technical knowledge across global teams and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support customers across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe with technical expertise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• MSc or BSc in Food Science or a related field.
• Industry experience, ideally in the bar or snack sector.
• Strong understanding of protein chemistry and nutritional formulation.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and analytical techniques.
• Structured, self-driven working style with strong organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness paired with technical insight.
• Solid IT skills and proficiency in nutritional calculations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30 days/year).
