In Aarhus, you will join the CUE Print team – one of three dedicated Scrum teams working on our C++ publishing system. We are known for our collaborative spirit, technical depth, and shared ambition to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Together with colleagues in Malaga, you will work closely with teammates in development, UX, architecture, testing, and product management in an environment where knowledge sharing is second nature.

You take charge of performance and modernization

As a Senior Software Engineer in the CUE Print team, you will take a leading role in the development and modernization of our print publishing system. You will design and implement high-quality C++ solutions, optimize performance across large and complex codebases, and ensure our systems are both reliable and scalable.

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to shape the technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor colleagues to raise the overall technical level of the team.

You will, for example:

• Design and optimize new features in C++
• Evolve and modernize key architectural components
• Review and elevate code quality across the team
• Collaborate across UX, testing, and product to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Drive improvements in tools, processes, and workflows

You are a passionate and experienced C++ engineer

You are a passionate C++ engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and building scalable, high-quality systems. With a strong foundation in software engineering and modern C++, you are comfortable navigating performance-critical solutions and mentoring others.

In addition, we imagine that you:

• Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Bring at least five years of professional software development experience
• Are highly proficient in modern C++ standards and performance optimization
• Have experience with version control and CI/CD tools
• Are fluent in English and enjoy collaborating across functions and locations
